Our story
Low, slow & all night long.
Every night while Houston sleeps, Jimee is out at the pit, feeding the fire and smoking brisket, ribs and sausage the East Texas way: real wood, plenty of patience, no shortcuts.
Every morning Mary's in the kitchen making the sides from scratch. Her potato salad is made fresh daily, and folks have been asking about it the whole time we were closed.
We were away for a while. Now we're back on Aldine Westfield, same pit, same recipes, same family.
